By downloading, installing, or using SocialBoost AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms are provided by DevaSoft and govern your use of the SocialBoost AI application.
2. Use of the Service
SocialBoost AI is a tool for generating AI-assisted social media content. You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app
- Not generate illegal, hateful, or deceptive content
- Not abuse or overload the service infrastructure
3. Subscriptions and Billing
SocialBoost AI offers free and paid (PRO) tiers.
Free tier: limited daily generations
PRO tier: unlimited generations, billed monthly or annually via Google Play
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage via Google Play Account Subscriptions. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by SocialBoost AI is produced by AI models and may not be accurate or suitable for all audiences.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content. DevaSoft makes no guarantees about content quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The SocialBoost AI app, its design, and underlying code are owned by DevaSoft and protected by intellectual property laws.
Content you generate using the app is yours to use, subject to applicable laws. DevaSoft claims no ownership over your generated outputs.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
SocialBoost AI is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevaSoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
